West Vancouver Secrets | Whytecliff Park

Tonight I went out to scout in West Vancouver for an upcoming West Vancouver engagement session. I was hiking out in the cliffside forest and went down to a little remote beach when I stumbled upon a tiny wooden box nestled among the plants and rocks. Curiosity got the best of me, so I reached into the rocks and pulled the little wooden box out. Inside of the box was a ziplock bag full of papers and a pen. I was almost frightened to open it, but again curiosity won the battle and I did.

To my wonderful surprise was this message:

“It is a special box for make the wishes. Write your wishes and put to the box and look what happen.”

The plastic bag was full of dozens of wishes made by those who had found the box before me.

How could I not?

I took the pen and carefully wrote out my wish. I wont tell you what I wished for, but I will tell you this. I granted myself just one peek at one wish.

It read ” Wish to see the unicorn of the sea.” with a picture of a Narwhal.
It pretty much made my night.

Sometimes when you get out of the house you discover amazing things.
